Quantum of Solace - Teaser Poster

Causing ripples of excitement in both the gaming community and ardent James Bond movie fans, the long awaited next edition of movie and game in the Bond Series is scheduled for November 7th 2008. Both the game and the movie will be titled Quantum of Solace. The new game from Activision – first Bond titled game from Activision – will be launched for multiple platforms, which include PC, PS3, Wii and XBOX 360. The new game will feature a Bond modeled on the movie star Daniel Craig and is expected to follow a theme adaptation from the Casino Royale movie and the upcoming Quantum of Solace movie.

The game will use the Call of Duty 4 gaming engine and this is expected to boost the overall entertainment value of the title. The news was released at an Activision Conference call by their CEO Mike Griffith and he was quoted “We look forward to launching Bond: Quantum of Solace in Q3 concurrent with movie. This game uses the Call of Duty 4 engine and technology to bring Bond games to a new level.”
